Returns and Exchanges
We put every effort into ensuring that Layer Eight products are second to none. However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your order we are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. Returns must be unused and in a re-saleable condition with the Layer Eight swing ticket and all tags still attached. Delivery charges are non refundable but we will send out a replacement free of charge. Please also provide proof of purchase, for example a delivery note or paper copy of a confirmation email. Extended Christmas Returns Policy 2012
We've extended our returns policy for the 2012 Christmas season.
Items purchased during the period from 1 October 2012 to 31 December
2012 inclusive are eligible for returns until 31 January 2013. Our
returns policy will revert to the standard 28 day period for items
purchased after 31 December 2012.
